Disasters, pitfalls and resolution

How is it some can fall flat on their face numerous times and continue to pick themselves up and dust themselves off. This applies in numerous parts of each individuals life. In the matter of love, you can either be rejected or told that the object of your affection does not share your point of view. And there are individuals who will continue to love the individual hoping that their view will change. Others will pick themselves up out of the ashes and walk off to find the next person to capture their attention. How do they get past the loss? Is it there were not very interested or is there some hidden quality to understand what is better for both parties. The next portion of the individual's life is the career. How do individuals get fired from job after job and continue to try to find the job they can hold. This probably depends on the circumstances of how the firing is taken place and the reasoning. It is difficult to understand this when there are people who don't have the will to continue they decide to live on the streets and bum for food. But others who can build a fortune, then lose everything, and just start all over from scratch. What is the common denominator? Confidence ..... is a good quality but without a little luck and/or motivation then you will be confident without resolve or results. Resolve ........ to finish things is another trait that is common in majority, because if you let yourself become a bleeding mess and not clean yourself off and start over then you will not succeed once you falter. Motivation ..... The ability to push yourself when it is easier to just lay down and sleep the never ending sleep. The ability to pull yourself up and dust yourself off. But here I repeat myself prob in slightly different wording from a previous post, with motivation but no confidence you have no direction or control over the energy. So to continue this rambling thought we have confidence, motivation, and resolve. Like any complex thought they are multiple common denominators, so I list a few to ponder upon. And fittingly I use three, with a quote from a movie I enjoy watching "we are a tripod" basically the trio depends on each other to succeed. Thus the three traits depend on each other at the end of the day to complete the task successfully and timely. But life is full of pitfalls and disasters. You must cross each bridge in your life as you cross it. It may be a rickety rope bridge very difficult to cross to the Brooklyn bridge time tested over decades. You must ensure you are prepared for the experience and ensure afterwards you take something from it. Because if you experience something and take nothing from it you will limit your growth and eventually figure out you have missed the most important thing about life. You must live life. So have the resolve to go and do something different and regardless of the outcome, learn something from the experience.
